Typical Western Rigs include a Ranger Belt, "Mexican" style holster and Cartridge Loops for your specified caliber.
Ranger Belts feature a pass-under design on a wide belt that is secured by a standard sized, 1.5" belt and buckle.  It's the prefered design for traditonal Western gear.  Basic Western belts feature a wide belt that tapers into a standard 1.5" belt and buckle.  
The Mexican holster is a traditional one-piece design, intended to be used with single-action pistols.  The holster can be made to fit any firearm.  It features a welt on the underside of the pistol and comes with the required hammer loop and leg thong.
Cartridge Loops are slot-cut to provide secure loops that fit your specific caliber.
 
Each element can be purchased separately or as a complete rig. These designs vary significantly and the costs are reflected accordingly. The price noted above is for a standard complete rig.
